Artwork
Please read through our Artwork Guide. Additional charges may apply for poor quality supplied artwork, due to the increased labour costs associated. We will endeavour to make you the customer aware of any of these additional costs before production.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify A.V. Electronics Pty Ltd T/A Signs Plus and its directors, employees, officers, sub-licensees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, costs and expenses (including, without limitation lawyers’ fees and court costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of the Website and/or Services and/or products.
This indemnity will survive termination.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

You warrant that any personal and/or registration information you provide to Signs Plus will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

If you are not totally satisfied with the product you are entitled to a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. Postage costs to return the item and have the item returned to you is at your cost (customers cost). The money back guarantee is only applicable for non-custom items and must not have been used, the item must be still in its complete undamaged packaging. This guarantee does not include the bespoke custom stamps, pre-inked stamps or traditional rubber stamps because they are all custom made.
All refunds are handled on an individual basis and ultimately up to the discretion of Stamps Plus in accordance with our returns and refund policy. If the mistake is yours, e.g. incorrect phone number or other information supplied, finding a mistake or changes required after approving a proof or ordering we will attempt to come to an equitable agreement, if we cannot come to an agreement you will be liable the full costs.
Tax
A tax invoice is issued for all Australian purchases and all Australian prices include GST. To cover export costs the prices on this site are to be considered by purchasers outside Australia as the full price. No customers outside Australia are charged GST.
Surveys
Signs Plus may at times survey our web site users. In all cases, participation will be voluntary. If a survey asks for personal information, answering those questions will be optional.
Google Demographic
Google Demographics is enabled on this site. Signs Plus will not identify users or facilitate the merging of personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected through any Google advertising product or feature. You may opt out of this Google feature here.
