General ordering information

With our ordering system you do not need to send any credit card information via our website. Our site is also protected with a SSL certificate, you will see the HTTPS in front of our domain name this means all communications are securely encrypted. We have decided to do this to give our customers the maximum confidence and protection in ordering rubber stamps. You can select four methods of payment on our order forms.

  1. Credit card:- We will call for your credit card information.
  2. PayPal:- We will email you a link to a PayPal invoice.
  3. Direct debit:- Our account details are listed on the order form and invoice.
  4. Account:- Only available to Schools and Government bodies with an official order.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your stamp, mail it back to us within 10 days for a full refund, just mark "REFUND" on the invoice.

Mistakes and imperfections

All our rubber stamps are type set and mounted by hand, so it's possible that occasional faults might slip through our quality control. Notify us of the mistake within 10 days (even if you supplied the wrong information) and we'll send you out a new rubber for your stamp - normally within 24hours - and at no cost.


Most rubber stamps that we manufacture use either Times Roman or Helvetica. If you require a different font, or just want us to be creative write down the font name or say "be creative" in the comments box. We have over 10,000 fonts on file and can match most requests. If we don't have the font you require, you can e-mail us a copy of it.

Please note: the best font for small text is a san serif font like Helvetica.

Custom designs

We are happy to do any custom designs, just fax us a sketch or e-mail or upload your design.

File formats

Please e-mail your logo or design in one of the following formats, listed in order of preference - Corel Draw (ver X7 or below), .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .TIF, .BMP, .PSD, .JPG or .PNG. (we can read almost any file format.


Normal delivery is two-four working days from artwork approval by Express Post or Courier within Australia. If you require a proof, delivery of the order may be delayed up to two extra days. Flat rate shipping of $10.00 Australia wide. Urgent jobs are our specialty. (We only ship overseas by special arrangement and at aditional cost)


A tax invoice is issued for all Australian purchases and all prices on this site include GST.

Note: "A.V. Electronics Pty. Ltd. or Signs Plus" will appear on your credit card statement.

Stamp received ok. Looks great and will save me a lot of writing, in some competition situations I can be signing up to 15 attendance books every hour or so, this was a tedious job which leads to scribble instead of neat printing, with the stamp it will look a whole lot better.
